I have been on the NL staff for two years, and I have been the co-editor-in-chief since the end of last year. I enjoy covering sports, both professional and school. I like being on staff to have my voice and writing heard and to cover important topics and events. I also love being on staff because I really enjoy reading and writing. When I’m not writing, you can find my playing baseball or soccer.

After over 40 years of offering a center based gifted program in elementary schools, Portage Public Schools has elected to eliminate the E-Squared program. “E-squared was a program that would became one of the highlights of my educational career,” said senior Arjav Patel, who is now a KAMSC student at PNHS.
