Last but not least, the most popular ice cream parlor is Coldstone. With the variety of toppings and flavors of ice cream, this place has the most creamiest ice cream here in Portage. Plus, the portions of ice cream you receive are perfect, allowing you to choose from ‘Like it’, ‘Love it’, to ‘I’ve got to have it’ sizes. In my opinion, this is the best ice cream parlor if you want thick and creamy portions of ice cream.
