Emily Macaulay, Staff Writer
Sophomore Emily Macaulay is a second-year member of the Northern Light staff who took journalism because she considers writing to be one of her strongholds. Although her writing interests lie mostly in fiction and creative writing, her favorite thing about this class is the thrill of getting reads when she publishes her work. She also appreciates the classroom community: “The people in this class are truly remarkable and a joy to talk to. There’s never a dull moment.”
