Ever wonder what the world would look like if we completely destroyed our ozone layer? Well in Tahereh Mafi’s book Shatter Me, you can find that out.

The book follows a young girl named Juliette Ferrars and her struggle with her power and the reestablishment that has taken over the world to help repair it, when in reality they are causing it more destruction. In the book,, you also meet Aaron Warner, Adam Kent and many more, each with their own personalities and powers. Juliette is brought back to the outside world when Aaron brings her back to use her for his own selfish reasons but the story would not be able to happen without Aaron in it. He helps create the plot, and that leads to an amazing series.

Along with Adam and the other characters.  Adam and Juliette have kinda know each other for a long while.When she stopped showing up at school he also began to  look for her with Aaron but he wants to help her and not use her, unlike Aaron.

Mafi keeps you interested big time in the characters, plots and everything else. If this sounds interesting to you, then I would give this book five starts and recommended you read it and read the rest of the series if you like the first book. There are 5 books in the series.
