“The One Act Play That Goes Wrong” gets everything right

This year’s play is “The One Act Play That Goes Wrong.” Director and English teacher CeCe Weeks shares the premise: “It is opening night for the inept and accident-prone Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society. After benefiting from a large and sudden inheritance, the group embarks on producing an ambitious 1920s murder mystery. Hilarious disaster ensues and the cast start to crack under the pressure. Can they get the production back on track before the final curtain falls?”

Unique to the production this year was double-casting, where two different casts of PNHS students along with over 30 crewmembers bring the show to life in alternating performances. The show runs from Jan 27 to February 5th, and tickets are available at pndrama.ludus.com or pndrama.org.
