PN Baseball End Season at U of M in State Quarter Finals

Despite a great run in the state tournament, the Northern Baseball team lost in the quarter finals against the #1 ranked Saline baseball team. Pitchers Jesse Liebert, Ryan Reeder, and Cortland Hasenburg did a nice job keeping the Saline hitters off balance, yet the Huskies couldn’t muster enough runs to advance to the state semi-final game. With 5 straight district titles and two regional championship, the Huskies will look to improve next season.
